I remember when rudeness was a abnormality.  Everyone talked about you if you were disrespectful and rude.   What has gotten into us?  Rudeness appears to be the norm.  We are surrounded by road rage, children cursing out parents, etc. Whereas rudeness used to be confined to the physical world, now we even have to encounter it  in our virtual world— nasty comments posted online, Facebook defriending/blocking  and YouTube blasting, etc Have we forgotten how to be —what’s the word—courteous? Have we gone mad? My guest is Marie Dubuque, etiquette expert for the digital age.
