Tonight's topic - How food interacts with you.

Cesily DeAngelo is the president, founder, and head chef of Veggies Be Come U, LLC.

This comprehensive "specialized dietary needs" chef in Arizona helps her food allergic clients manage their food allergies and improve their eating habits. Cesily’s modernized gluten free diet includes tantalizing and trendy dishes that anyone can enjoy.

Cesily DeAngelo was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1971. She earned her Bachelors Degree at the Culinary Institute of America College in Hyde Park, New York. Additionally, she studied the art of raw vegan food preparation under Alissa Cohen.

She worked the US 2003 Tennis Tournament in Flushing New York; created and hosted “You R what U eat” on achieve radio; has been featured in the Surprise Chamber of Commerce monthly newspaper and Glendale Star newspapers. Upon moving to Arizona, Cesily began consulting for Mountain Fitness and Core Personal Trainer clients with special dietary needs.

In November 2009, Veggies Be Come U launched its own Food line for prepackaged seasoned grains presently being sold to her selective Scottsdale clientele. Cesily currently divides her time between culinary arts, nutrition instruction, and her fondness for writing. She is working on her soon to be published DVD and book for specialized dietary diets which will feature some of her favorite recipes.

Drawing on this knowledge, Cesily will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
