God loves man, and He sees the real need in man – man is dissappointed, depressed, and empty because he is thirsty! This is why the Lord Jesus didn’t condemn or judge the Samaritan woman’s sins, even though He did name them for her. The Lord came to this woman, not as judge, but, as living water, and gave her to drink. The change that took place in her inner being once she drank of Christ as water was not because of the Lord’s exposing and condemning, but it was because of her drinking. And like Christ, Himself, through this continual flow, we bring God into our world, not by judging or condemning; but by watering. 00:31:00Cunnedas Ramblenoriver, streams, life,God,SpiritGod Himself is the fountain, the source, Christ the Son is the spring of this water, and the Spirit is the living stream.......flowing all the time.......God doTime Ishttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2015/04/26/time-isThe Biblehttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2015/04/26/time-is/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2015/04/26/time-isSun, 26 Apr 2015 14:00:00 GMTTime IsFor most of us, there is only the unattended Moment, the moment in and out of time, The distraction fit, lost in a shaft of sunlight, The wild thyme unseen, or the winter lightning Or the waterfall, or music heard so deeply That it is not heard at all, but you are the music While the music lasts....... A blazing bit of paper holds the fire at first, but it is vague and fitful. It flares and wavers, and at any moment may go out. But the vague, uncertain, flaring blaze touches the candle, and the candle catches fire, and at once you have a steady flame. It burns straight and clear and constant. The candle gives the fire a manifestation point for all the room which is illuminated by it. The candle is glorified by the fire, and the fire is manifested by the candle. The two bear witness that they were made for one another by the way in which they fulfil each other’s life. That fulfilment comes by the way in which the inferior substance renders obedience to its superior. The candle obeys the fire. The docile wax acknowledges that the subtle flame is its master and it yields to his power; and so, like every faithful servant of a noble master, it at once gives its master’s nobility the chance to utter itself, and in this, its own substance is clothed with a glory that is not its own. 00:35:00Cunnedas Ramblenolight, life, fire, smoke, darknessAn unlit candle is standing in the darkness, and some one comes to light it. Christ, our risen Savior, came to us as the Living Word. He came to manifest, in His incarnation, the whole of God's being before men. We looked into his eyes; and we saw the radiance and the passion of the Father's glory; and the very image of His love. He is, in the fullest sense, the Living, Breathing Word of God. Yet every lamb of the Living God, even the least among us, if he walks the paths our Father has laid out for him, is also a living word of God, carrying a unique vision of our Lord unto the brethren; revealing Truth in a perspective that perhaps only he can see. Every believer has a song to sing, a message to deliver. Paul tells us that we are to manifest the life of Christ in our very lives, as living sacrifices. Many lives of Christ have been lived, and written over the millennia.......yet, in every one, in every believer's song of life there should be a new, and unique melody heard; and it is these unique lives, written not in handsomely bound volumes, with fine paper and gilted edges.......but in a lamb's daily walk, that are so vital to the Body of Christ. 00:35:00Cunnedas Ramblenolife, unique, new, name, livingEvery believer's life is meant to be a living word of God. The 'celebration of the marriage' is yet to come; but the betrothal in heaven and this union of our souls, expressed in this kiss, make Christ and His called out ones; His lambs, eternally one, even here on earth. As the suiter, when he becomes formally engaged to the love of his life, commits himself with this act, to love her, cherish her, to protect her, and care for her needs; he counts her interests as his interests, her peace becomes his peace, and her joy becomes his joy; so, in the same way, our risen Lord, when in the councils of eternity, He betrothed Himself to His bride to be, in the presence of the Father, He undertook to be unto her, unto us, everything her body and soul required for Life: for life in the flesh, and life in the Spirit; as she awaits the trumpets of His arrival. His own words are, "I will betroth you unto me forever; yes, I will betroth you unto me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in loving-kindness, and in mercies. I will even betroth you unto me in faithfulness; and you shall know the Lord." It is the Spirit that quickens us to feel our need of him; to seek our life, in Him; and then, from and through Him; to come to know Him; to believe Him; to trust Him; and live a life of faith upon Him. By his discrete teachings; His soft whispers and touches, and glimpses of His glory, in the midst of our need, and sufferings, He draws the heart up to Throne of Grace, to remind us of who we are; and who He is. He thus wins, not only the eternal love of His betrothed; but the earthly love as well; setting Himself within our hearts and before our eyes as "the chief among ten thousand and altogether lovely." Here, He draws out that love and affection towards himself which lifts us above the the threats, the temptations, and the fears of the world; and puts all things under our feet. He is now, our Light to see; and without Him all would be darkness; He is our life, when death without Him is all around us; He is the beginner and finisher of our faith, the substance of our hope, and the object of our love. We are not going through the world unnoticed. Some one is always looking on. Our life each day is being written down in some memory, somewhere. Those who read our lives have a way of reading between the lines; for all men can see in us, the lambs of the Living God; a Light, and a Word that they will not accept, yet can not hide from. The faith of God, The life of the Lamb, written on the spirit and in the heart of a lamb is God's proclamation of, and witness to His Truth, in its most persuasive form, in its most meaningful form, in its most enduring, heavenly form, you; that's right, you. Chronos  is that logical, mighty, keeper of clocks and calendar, of past and future, while Kairos is a portal to the eternal now, the present,  the Truth.......and like dancers on the stage of eternity, these two aspects of time are locked in an eternal tango in which the ever-present Chronos  sets the rhythm and beat for an unfolding reality. Kairos  confounds us with the color and flow of Truth, which tantalize us with a sense of new possibilities.......ancient words from the eternal reveal and then conceal themselves once more. As Kairos  dips and swirls into awareness, we grasp for the  filaments of an alternate and complementary reality that seems, often, to withdraw just as we reach out. Kairos  introduces intuitive sparks of possibilities that slip in and out of the pattern of order established by Chronos. Kairos  is a portal to an eternal dimension that is home to our souls. 00:39:00Cunnedas Ramblenotime, moments, kronos, kairos,inFor most of us, there is only the unattended Moment, the moment in and out of time, The distraction fit, lost in a shaft of sunlight, The wild thyme unseen,Come...Truth...Freedom.......3 Little Wordshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2014/12/14/cometruthfreedom3-little-wordsThe Biblehttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2014/12/14/cometruthfreedom3-little-words/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2014/12/14/cometruthfreedom3-little-wordsSun, 14 Dec 2014 15:00:00 GMTCome...Truth...Freedom.......3 Little WordsAs our Lord said, to all of us miners, "You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." John 8:32 This is precisely what the context of His words achieve.......to know the Truth, is the very act of freedom, precisely because it opens possibilities of life, thought, and action that were completely closed before.     The erroneous conception gathers about this particular sort of stillness; the true conception gathers about its particular quality of movement. Freedom is not motionless quiet, but quiet motion. Freedom has its appropriate figure in the brimming river, deeply quiet in its course because of its restful depths. The freedom Christ gives is liquid motion, frictionless movement, through a world of fits and starts. That is the phrase which expresses my present thought. Perfect freedom is found in human life when that life moves in God’s life without babble, or fret, or friction. It is not so much found in the absence of interplay, as in the absence of discord. It is musical movement, it is harmony. It is the Divine interplay of Truth and freedom within the living souls of all who come. Here we touch upon the greatest wonder in our fruition in Christ. Those who dwell together in the holy companionship of Divine love, grow like unto each other. There is a mystic assimilative influence in all the spiritual intimacies of life. But here, in the depths of His love, the mystery is deepest because it plays between God and man. You see, it works in both directions, as is the fundamental nature of love: for it has caused God's gift of Himself to us to assume even the form of the incarnation in which He became flesh of our flesh; bone of our bones; that He might become Redeemer, the Giver of Life. So too, in the opposite direction, it makes us partakers of the divine nature, putting within our hearts, God's image and superscription. This is so much more than the simple fusing of two entities; it is the complete interpenetration of the two conscious lives of God and man, each holding the other in the close embrace of perfect sympathy. 00:31:00Cunnedas Ramblenovessel, fillingThe Word tells us, and most have discovered, that this possession and enjoyment of God's love within us has a profound transforming effect. As the testimony of God builds within you; it becomes the most fundamental part of who you; who we are. You are the letters of God. You are living, breathing epistles of Christ. And without you, there is no message, there is no testimony, and there is no witness. He testifies of Himself through our lives. He is the Word; the Living, Incarnate Word; but we, my friends, are the parchments upon which He has written His marvelous Truth. We are, as we walk in Him, an open letter; unsealed, and public, before the eyes of the world. Whatever power, whatever appeal, whatever meaning He brings to the world of men through this Truth, He brings through us. And how do we become this Truth? A dead soul does not and cannot feel this; the living soul alone can be engaged in this fight. All believers are involved in a tremendous conflict that spans the whole universe, from heaven, clear down to earth; from the heart of the spirit realms, down to the pits of our flesh. Yet, though we often feel the wounds of these repeated skirmishes within our physical bodies, our battle is not with flesh and blood.  It is with principalities and powers in the heavenly places.  Satan’s power, energy, swiftness, and dark wisdom all combine to make him a most formidable foe. The believer cannot be passive in this battle. he is commanded by God to resist the devil.  Passivity is not an option.  To not fight; or cease to fight is to be overcome. Our strategy for victory is taken from Revelation 12:11:  And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.   The saints are allied in this fight of the ages; they utilize the same mighty weapon — the blood of the Lamb. 00:35:00Cunnedas Ramblenoblood,Lamb, weapon, spirit, battleLife will strive against death, as well as death against Life. We come to realize that the ‘nothing’ we thought we were, is as relevant as the everything we once believed ourselves to be; back in that existence of primal light. Eventually all the boundaries of separation fall away, as we become uniquely both Whole, and part.......all our experiences in color, and in time, are balanced, and given meaning by the fullness of the One Life given in time and color, for all life. After all, it is a simple matter to shear the sheep, when you have convinced them that it is God's will for you to do so. They took what God had given for Life, freedom, and pleasure; and turned it into nothing more than a sterile, religious performance, meant to mesmerize. The underlying foundation of all religion is performance, whether it’s a tribal dance around a campfire to satisfy the fire god or a dead religious activity performed week after week by an evangelical Christian with the intent of impressing his God. Hosea 2:19 Here is the announcement of the great event that we all wait and long for, but along with this invitation; comes a gentle understanding within the spirit, that the journey to the wedding feast begins here; well before our passage through time and flesh. It is here, in the mists of eternity that the mystery of the marriage union is first made known; here the espousals between us are entered into; here the first kiss of betrothed love is given. I will even betroth you unto me in faithfulness; and you shall know the Lord." We often think of this last shaking out as judgement, or punishment.......but in reality, it is so much more.......it is God setting things in His perfect order, according to who people are in Him. In seismic waves of Light and Truth, He exposes all for who they are to Him. When God reveals, all the games are over, all the masks come off, and all of the facades will, at last, fall down........His, will be His.......Truth will be fulfilled. The Scriptures tell us that creation is constantly declaring the glory of God and that all works of creation praise Him. Paul tells us that by the works of creation we may know God's 'eternal power and deity', and Genesis makes it clear that man was created to be the image of God within His creation. As such, Man in context with all creation, reveals and communicates all the glorious personal properties and essences of His Being: holiness, righteousness, truth and love, to all. As carriers of His Divine Light, we are to be the Light bearers. 00:31:00Cunnedas Ramblenostory,Gods revelation,of Himself, through man,His image in creationOur Heavenly Father, Almighty God, in His perfection, had planned, from before time, that He willed to reveal Himself to all creatures and all elements of His cFruithttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2013/09/29/fruitThe Biblehttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2013/09/29/fruit/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2013/09/29/fruitSun, 29 Sep 2013 14:00:00 GMTFruitEvery child of God  is conscious of carrying within himself a private sanctuary, an inner temple chamber of the heart where he desires to be, at times, alone with God and have his Savior only to himself.00:35:00Cunnedas Ramblenofruit,Gog,life, betroyhed, revealEvery child of God  is conscious of carrying within himself a private sanctuary, an inner temple chamber of the heart where he desires to be, at times, alone wiHOPEhttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2013/09/22/hopeThe Biblehttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2013/09/22/hope/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2013/09/22/hopeSun, 22 Sep 2013 14:00:00 GMTHOPEThe hope we share in our heart is that voice crying out in the wilderness.00:36:00Cunnedas Ramblenohope, sure, foundation, living faith, solidThe hope we share in our heart is that voice crying out in the wilderness.A White Stonehttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2013/09/15/a-white-stoneThe Biblehttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2013/09/15/a-white-stone/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2013/09/15/a-white-stoneSun, 15 Sep 2013 14:00:00 GMTA White StoneA White Stone and A New Name00:35:00Cunnedas Ramblenowhite stone, new name, unique, creation,in GodA White Stone and A New NameContact; But No Communionhttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2013/09/08/contact-but-no-communionThe Biblehttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2013/09/08/contact-but-no-communion/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/cunnedasramble/2013/09/08/contact-but-no-communionSun, 08 Sep 2013 14:00:00 GMTContact; But No CommunionGod is always near.
