    Looking at all the negative media coverage about prospects for business, the economic landscape, etc. I am ever more reminded of why I have continued to work on and within Cultural Fusion. As the series progresses there is the opportunity to share ideas that matter.

    Susan Young and her company Get In Front Communications stands out because she is generous, frank and yet tactful in how she delivers assistance to the business owners and managers charged with survival of their organizations. I feel that her advice and insights - her willingness to share what she has learned typifies the kind of applied learning that is a fundamental part of the path forward.

    In Cultural Fusion Experience the lines between what is presumed to be business and what is art are intentionally blurred. If provocative ideas, counter intuitive business intelligence, innovation in the purpose and nature of organizations are mediums used to create the art based solutions of such interest to me - the there is sufficient reason to suspect that this points to an expansion of our understanding of artist. I have proposed that within various industries there are those individuals who bring artistry to what is delivered in that it comes from a place of deep inspiration that is connected to the journey of conscious personal growth. Growth of the business is not a side issue to growth of those within it. .
