Prior to Mr. Gonzalez's civil practice he handled hundreds of Criminal Misdemeanor cases, negotiated plea deals, and tried many misdemeanor jury trials involving DUI and other charges. Mr. Gonzalez has argued complex DUI motions, search and seizure issues, suppression motions, probable cause motions, motions to dismiss and a wide variety of other criminal motions. In addition to regular vehicular DUI's Mr. Gonzalez has also handled BUI or Boating Under the Influence cases. Prior to Mr. Gonzalez's legal career he spent many years involved in the wireless telecommunications and technology industry. Mr. Gonzalez has a unique understanding and perspective of technology, telecommunications, and the legal issues involved in those types of transactions. When Mr. Gonzalez was a business owner he negotiated and drafted telecommunications service agreements, refurbishing agreements for wireless devices, and technology service agreements.
