"Taste of the Island" is the lifelong dream of Victor Angulo and Raul Del Valle. Victor Angulo may be remembered by many as the lead guitarist and composer of the Cuban Rock group Kracker. Victor Angulo has an exciting repertoire having worked with legendary producer of the Rolling Stones, Steve Winwood, Trafic and many other artists. Kracker was the first group signed to Rolling Stones Records and in 1973 they toured Europe with Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones. Raul Del Valle, Miami Bassist and Sound Engineer and Victor Angulo have collaborated to produce "Taste of the Island" an eclectic blend of funk, rock, and Cuban rhythms that give SUGARCANE RUSH their unique international flavor.
