Sex In The Work Place

Sex in the work place takes place daily. Often times a supervisior will mis-use his/her position as a position to extract sexual favors from the employee or contract worker. What happens when the employee rejects these sexual come-on(s)? often times the employee or contract work will lose their job. (Being termination for not partaking in sex is what it is called) The sad part is when you tell the supervisior boss then you really become the bad-guy. Who do you tell when this happens? And when you go through the proper channels what is suppose to take place next. Should both parties be put on leave until the investigation is over? All work Places should be free for any and all type of harassement what-so-ever. And when the investigation process is hampered by HR or the Power at the top then they to should be invistagated.
