Sue Butts is vice president of human resources for Columbia Southern University.  Sue is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management and Greater Pensacola Chapter Society for Human Resource  Management where she previously served on the board of directors.

Joni Blalock joined CSU in August 2006 as director of corporate outreach where she manages the corporate programs of CSU, as well as serving on the Orange Beach City Council.
