Break Free from the Past and Love Yourself series (part 1)

This show will be the first in an ongoing series about learning to love yourself. You will learn which crystals and essential oils can help you to break free from all the heartache of the past, and move on with your life.  You have to learn to love yourself before you can truly love another.  This will be a series that will teach you how to work with crystals and oils and with your chakras to heal them, and make you feel better about yourself.
