I have only been here at blogtalk for a short time but in that time I have found a trmendeously large group of gifted people. I am an intuitive empath myself so I do have a tendency to hang back in the group and watch and listen. I have learned from long years of experience that if I dive in to quickly I will most likely get myself burned and end up sick. I do protect myself from energy vampires and from absorbing others negative energies. I find that clensing and protecting are a must for me even before I go to a chat room. I am very impressed with most of the people that I have "met" here--I am so glad Spirit led me here. Love and Light for now
