Cross Link Radio, health from the eye teeth on down. I’m here to help you understand some of the mysteries of health from the perspective of the oral health care provider, that’s me, Shirley Gutkowski. I’m a clinical dental hygienist. I’m in the prevention mode, helping you keep your health at its optimum by bringing a wide variety of guests with the information you want to know.

In order to have good health you have to have some down time and what better way to have down time than some golfing in your own backyard with some garage sale golf sticks. Since 1994 we've had golf greens in our yard but you don't have to go that far, no not at all. If you do want to go that way, golf greens are fairly easy to take care of if you don't bring in lawn diseases from the golf course. Listen in and see how my husband Mark and I pinched our pennies by golfing at home.
