Every day working women all over the globe have to navigate the world of working while pregnant and coming back to work after maternity leave. Jessica Coates is the Director of Operations at Transcend Fitness and Carousel CrossFit in Newtown, PA.  She is a personal trainer, mentor, educator and last summer Jessica had her first child.  Jessica will enlighten us on the way she stayed healthy and kept working out until the last weeks of pregnancy and what the transition was like when she had to come back to her demanding job.

Shirley Gutkowski will find out what Jessica did to prepare for pregnancy, what stratagies she used before, during and after her pregancy and what she might do differently the next time.
