Heidi Thompson  is an author, teacher and artist. She attended her first Vipassana meditation retreat in 1983 where she learned a mind-training and concentration developing technique called 'breath awarness.' For over 30 years, Heidi has been practicing breath awareness and has experienced many benefits including better health, calmness, focus, creativity and happiness.  She then became inspired to teach this to children.  Heidi pioneered a program called Mindmastery and began working with those struggling with ADHD.

Shirley Gutkowsikw will find out about all the benefits of breath awarness and  help us learn why this technique really works.
