A number of laws are now criminalizing free speech. Since the "war on terror," the previous Bush administration has enacted numerous laws that have cutailed our rights as Americans to say what we want in a meaningful way. In most Western countries, denial of the holocaust and criticism of government policies has become circumspect and criminal behavior. Your host, Syed Saboor, and co-host, Sister Anisa Abd El Fattah, will broach the topic of free speech in Western society even further. Do we live in a "free" society or rather a nightmare version of Big Brother's dictatorial rule, envisioned in Orwell's, "1984." In this segment, we will have special guest, Anthony J. Hilder, to join us. Mr. Hilder has spent decades producing numerous documentaries and speeches expousing the various forces in our world that curtail freedom of speech. He has interviewed and debated numerous personalities, including the late Dr. Khaled Abdul Muhammad. Please join us for an interesting and eye-opening look at "free" expression in the West.
