    Dr.Wendy Griffin: A Professor Emerita and Chair of the Department of Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies at Ca. State University at Long Beach. She received her Ph.D. in the interdisciplinary social sciences from the University of California, Irvine. As an expert on women's issues and spirituality, her interviews frequently appear in the broadcast and print media, in places as diverse as BBC radio and the Wiccan News. She is the editor of the scholarly anthology Daughters of the Goddess: Studies of Healing, Identity and Empowerment (AltaMira 2000) as well as numerous articles and chapters on Goddess Spirituality and feminist Witchcraft. In addition, she is senior editor of the academic series in Pagan Studies for AltaMira, the founding Co-chair of the Contemporary Pagan Studies Group for the American Academy of Religion, and on the editorial board of The Pomeganate: the International Journal of Pagan Studies. She is currently working on a book on women and Goddess Spirituality to be titled Goddessing.

Barbara Ardinger, Ph.D. (www.barbaraardinger.com), is the author of Pagan Every Day: Finding the Extraordinary in Our Ordinary Lives, a unique daybook of daily meditations, stories, and activities. Her earlier books include Goddess Meditations, Finding New Goddesses (a parody of goddess encyclopedias), and Quicksilver Moon (a realistic novel … except for the vampire). Her day job is freelance editing for people who have good ideas but don’t want to embarrass themselves in print. To date, she has edited more than 200 books, both fiction and nonfiction, on a wide range of topics. Barbara lives in southern California
