This is probably one of the worst abuse cases I've ever heard of. They think that he is about 11 years old. He is covered with tumors, has 2 teeth, and Someone has chopped off his tail with a hacking motion. There are too many scars on his old body to count. He is blind and deaf, in deed One of his eyes was popping out of his head. He also tested heartworm positive, yet the vet said that poor Rudy has a few good years left in him. The rescue group is determined to make him feel happy and safe for these remaining years because No animal should have to suffer the way that he has.
