  The EFA, Etsy for animals street team is expanding! See our new web site at; http://efaartistshelpinganimals.org . We are well on our way to becoming a non-profit organization! Now you too can join our group! You no longer need to be an etsy shop to join! Do you care about animals? Check out our web site and listen in on our radio show to see what we are up to. Interested in joining us? Just click "join" and follow the instructions.
  
  A very SPECIAL perk of being an EFA member is the newly instigated Highlighted shop segment. Each week Gena and I will be seeking out a store and owner to highlight. We will not take any submissions for this feature spot, it will be an EFA member that we pick at random and discuss on the air in depth. It will be a surprise each week! The shop owner will be invited to call into the show and promote his/her shop and animal interests themselves, but they can just answer our questions and have Gena and I do all the talking if that is what they choose! In other words, if ya are a big chicken it is okay! Lord knows that Gena and I talk enough for all of us! lol. This is just our way of giving back to the EFA group cuz we love all those that love the animals!
  
  The highlighted shop for 10/5/08 was Athenianaire, a very unique shop that offers winged art and donates to butterfly conservation. Check out this great shop at http://athenianaire.etsy.com
  
  The highlighted shop for 9/29 was LateJulyPhotography, a shop that offers pictures of rescued strays, and is currently donating 100% of its proceeds to Gracie, a recued dog in need of health care. Visit http://latejuly.etsy.com

  1. Midnightrabbits at http://midnightrabbits.etsy.com, original, handmade bags and accessories. All vegan suitable. This shop donates 100% of the sale price of certain items to the EFA charity of the month, and now has 50% of the sale price of EVERY ITEM not already specified as going to the EFA charity being donated to Gracie and Pumpkin until the end of October.
