No matter who is thinking of Utopia, the necessities of it are food, housing, education, and energy.
Education needs to be accessible to those who can become productive members of society and have the aptitude to do the tasks they are being educated on. Education will emphasis a common set of beliefs.
Some sort of required community service will be done by everyone after they complete their education.
A comprehensive healthcare system will be in place in our utopia. This system will include dental and vision care also.
Parents will be provided with the necessities for their children before primary education begins.
Change will be extremely hard to come by. The government should also provide the infrastructure necessary for trade.
Worker's should be compensated not only for the rarity of their profession, but by the necessity of it for society.
Religion will become obsolete in Utopia, the community can provide for everything that religion does without the negative side effects.
The level of policing in Utopia will be significantly lower than it is today in the United States.
