Our ability to focus is perhaps one of the most powerful tools we have in becoming more self empowered. Focus is concentrated attention, the collection of units of power directed towards a chosen point of intention. (from a quote by James Arthur Ray) . An empowered person can change that chosen point of intention at any time, on demand. They get to decide what they are paying attention to.
