We have established a meditation time and a sacred place to do it. We have acknowledged the obstacles to meditation and have reasonably fashioned a way to tame the resistance from our egos toward meditation.

This week we will discuss some of the many styles of meditation. There are a plethora of ways to meditate including  concentration on an object or gazing, recitation of a prayer or a mantra, visualization or imagery, guided meditations, moving meditations and relaxing meditations. All meditation begins with focusing on the breath but there are specific breathwork meditations as well.

Lonna will give you a glimpse into these different styles in order for you to become aware of the many ways to get to your bliss!
