I am excited to have as my first guest, Janet Nestor, author of a book on self care---one of my favorite subjects. One of those subjects we don't talk about enough and one that is very important to our overall health.
Nurturing Wellness through Radical Self-Care is a guide and workbook she christened Mindfulness Based Recovery and Rejuvenation. When used intentionally, this program leads the reader out of chaos and suffering into joy and well-being.
Janet Nestor believes strongly in alternative health strategies to achieve wellness and wholeness.
