In "Five Coaching Questions About...DISCIPLINE" Trina will be interviewing Carolyn van Es-Vines. Carolyn, an American expat living in the Netherlands with her multicultural family, is an author, editor and blogger. Her blog, www.blackandabroad.com, was the 2009 winner of the coveted Best International Blog Judge's Choice at the Black Weblogs Award. Carolyn's strong academic background is reflected in her master's degree in Latin American literature, and she has taught both English and Spanish at universities in both the US and her adopted home, the Netherlands. Currently writing her memoir, Carolyn focuses on how traveling and moving overseas have transformed her identity as a black woman.
