Issues: 1. In violation of Credit Card Company policies and rules, some independent merchants in the inner-city impose minimum purchase amounts on Community Members who wish to use a Debit Card or Credit Card. How can we stop the practice? 2. It is easy to inadvertently violate the YouTube Community Guidelines and have one's account suspended, cutting off communication access to the community. How can we prevent this?
