"Courage is fear that has said it's prayers." Dorothy Bernard.
It's like walking through a doorway that leads to a room with all your scary stuff, your fears, your limiting beliefs, your darkest thought forms and seeing the truth in each one, inviting them back into the light and sitting down to have cookies and milk.
In this episode, we'll look at one of our greatest challenges; how to be willing to see our deepest fears for what they are and transform them in such a way that they no longer have power over us. Our ego will consistently tell you that we need to be grounded. In reality, our Higher Self will assure us that it is only in becoming secure in the insecurity of it all that we will make peace with fear.
It's faith that moves us into courage. It's the knowing that no matter what, who, when or why, I have to do "the next right thing." Take "the next right step" and listen and share this program with someone you love.
If you've looked at the work of such luminaries as Pema Chodron and Tara Brach, we'd like to hear from you.
