Frank has helped me get appointments changed and, if nothing else, he's gotten Comcast to sit up and take notice. I've received calls from Comcast corporate offices to follow-up after Twittering with Frank.

I can tell you from personal experience that Frank using Twitter has helped me. He's responded at all hours of the day/night. I wonder if he ever sleeps!
