Quivering on the Brink - The Urantia Book Basics

Self publishing is easier than you may think. This week, we will feature the editor of a new online self-publishing resource, Tuscan Sky Publishing. Among other things, David, the managing editor of Tuscan Sky, will be joining us to discuss the reprinting of Urantia Book Basics, a synopsis of The Urantia Book by Mary Ebben Livingston.

Mary spent the last 15 years updating Urantia Book Basics, first published by Mary in 1994. It has long been a favorite of Urantia Book readers around the world. Tuscan Sky has now helped Mary republish her book under the new title, ‘Quivering on the Brink.’ Mary can't join us, but has asked her editor, David, to speak for the book.

It turns out that David has a remarkable story of his own spiritual journey that we hope to discuss with him as well. He has 57 Years experiencing Planet Urantia, as he puts it, and a long history of what might be termed " unusual " or unique spiritual experiences.

David is also the founder and project coordinator of the One Billion Dollar Project which serves the hungry in America. He was raised with traditional Lutheran doctrines but does not consider himself a Christian. He believes that priesthood based ideologies are contrary to the true message of Jesus which he feels is accurately portrayed within the text of  not only The Urantia Book and other ancient planetary teachings. He refers to himself as a follower of Jesus.
