Latino Poverty. Poverty in general in the U.S. Causes & solutions?

Whose job is it to take care of the poor? The church or the government? The church of course! The Bible commands it, so let's not try to escape our responsibility by passing it on to the government. Besides, the government isn't even able to eliminate poverty anyway. So any politician (hint: they're usually Democrat) who claims to be able to should be rejected!
