The Female Affect
Without dispute women represent one of the fastest growing segments of wealth and power in the United States.  But when it comes to financial services, there is still a wide gap between men and women. Far fewer women seek and receive professional financial advice tailored to their preferences and life stage needs.

About Our Guest
As founder and president of The Female Affect, Ann uses her extensive experience in the financial services industry coupled with her education in the area of human resource development to combine real world experience with proven best practices.

Before The Female Affect, Ann spent ten years at ING, where she was Head of Strategic Relationship Management and responsible for growing and managing all broker/dealer distribution relationships.  From 2007-2009 Ann was the National Sales Manager for the wirehouse and financial institution channels where she led a team of 65 wholesalers to achieve record sales results for ING Annuities.   Under Ann’s leadership sales increased 66% to their highest levels in company history.

She holds her Texas life insurance license as well as her Series 6, 63, 65 and 26 designations.  She lives with her husband, Randy and daughter, Katie in Dallas, TX.
