Edwards has also been a Franchise Partner with world-class Leadership Management, Inc. for the past 21 years and he collaborates with peers on projects nationally, serving middle market growth firms with strategic planning services, management development and personal productivity programs. Edwards lives in Howard County, Maryland, with his wife and business partner, Melba, and their daughters Sarah and Elizabeth.
