YOU can see the future, you can MANIFEST your vision, you can achieve your PRIORITIES. Advisor Coach and Consultant Edwards Holliday shares the powerful process and technology of the Personal Vision Letter, an exercise that he recommends as the first step in your annual strategic planning process. Edwards will show you how to facilitate yourself into a clearly defined story of your 2011, from the resulting outcomes back to the present, and how to avoid the pitfalls and limitations of conventional goal setting practices.

Edwards Holliday is president of Atlantic Leadership Group, an advisor coaching and consulting practice. Since 1989 Edwards has personally worked with thousands of clients on Strategy, Leadership and Productivity. His specialty is Financial Advisor team development and practice management improvement, from all phases of new team formation to recruiting, growth, conflict resolution and succession. Edwards has also been a Franchise Partner with world-class Leadership Management, Inc. for the past 21 years and he collaborates with peers on projects nationally, serving middle market growth firms with strategic planning services, management development and personal productivity programs. Edwards lives in Howard County, Maryland, with his wife and business partner, Melba, and their daughters Sarah and Elizabeth. When not working, you will find Edwards motorcycling with the whole family, watching his girls play sports, laboring in the yard, or enjoying a competitive game of poker with his friends.
