    First Blog! Woo Hoo!

    †  Praise the Lord!
Welcome to the fist Blog...What I want to do here is post recipes that we will be sharing and those of our guests...and yours!  If you read this you are close!  Close to our hearts and His...Remember He is only a heartbeat away...
My first Recipe is so simple...as you know I tweaked this from doing a study on Vietnamese food!  And it is for ice cream!  It is so simple and so delicious..and a great base for any other flavor you want...
Soooooooooooooo Simple and really economical...Here it is...Mango IceCream
Now I wil lgive you a one can recipe..the beauty of this recipe is that it doubles triples etc perfectly and I have made enough for two and enough for 75...
Go to the store(s) and buy canned Magoes in light syrup. Buy heavy ( or whipping) Cream 1 cup (1/2 pint) if you don't have vanilla buy some...the good extract but not necessary...and a Lime
    OK Break out the blender...
open the can pour it into the blender add 2-3 drops of vanilla, Sugar to taste 2 Tablespoons is great, juice of the lime...start blending and add the cream till it begins to expand and fill the blender jar....
    Viola!
pour it into a Zip LOck, a bowl, whatever!  Freeze for a couple hours...pull out and remix whiping it or mushing the bag and freeze for a couple more hours...it is good at any consistancy..overnight makes a nice hard icecream...and no eggs so feel free to taste it to your desired sweetness as you are blending...OH turn the blender off before sticking your spoon in ther...haha
Enjoy!  so far this has worked with any additins....Rasperry Jam Strawbewrries...fresh fruits may need a bit more sugar but it is desert!  I also must say that I have not experimented with alot fo flavors so as you try this...let us know!
    HUngry for Him,
    Chef Leo
