Jennifer Covello is the epitome of “many hats.” With a B.S.degree in IT from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from Pace University in New York she could have continued her 25-year corporate career in IT and Marketing and filled her time quite successfully. But, her creative spirit and entrepreneurial drive led her to author and publish an award-winning baby journal, entitled "My Life…A Chronicle of the Journey" and to start her own business, Frittabello, LLC, to carry her own line of baby products. Jennifer has also written and published "Frittabello and his Angel," a sweet and inspiring story about a young soul, Frittabello, making his way to earth. With the help of his special guardian angel, he learns how to listen to his inner voice to choose his earth parents and begin his life’s journey.
