Ruth James is an extraordinary woman who didn't let just being a mum and grandma from the UK,stop her from HELPING TO HEAL THE WORLD.She started her charity Aim for Change to save the children of war torn Uganda and helped to heal a country through the revages of war with her life affirming farming projects. This woman is a real angel.
