I have a dream...Celebrating Our 50 Years of Jubilee!
Our forefathers and mothers planted trees from which we gather fruit, and dug wells from which we quench our thirst. Cilvil Rights Activist marched for us, died for us and pleaded for our equality.
So what are we leaving behind for our communities today? What are we fostering in the minds of our Black children? How will we strengthen our famillies and our communities?
Fifty years ago, Dr. King's "I Have a Dream..." Speech debuted in Detroit and transformed a nation. Today, we Celebrate our Jubilee and join in that movement of teaching us all to evolve in our beliefs, values and purpose for elevation of our consciousness into the greatness that lies in the Human Spirit.
What if Dr. King wanted to stay inside the norms and status quo? How different would America be? The world? Your Life, for that matter? We all are talented with gifts that we bring into the world with great value, but we must be willing to Step Out of Our Comfort Zones so they can manifest.
Our Guest today, Lynnette Rogers, will share how different life becomes when we step out, and allow the true possibilities for our lives to flourish. Lynnette will inspire you to live life from the perspective that anything is possible and you will hear her amazing testimony of being a woman to shy to just hang around family, that is now President of a Toastmaster Chapter, and soon to be author. She inspires our youth to aspire higher, and focus on the endless possibilities inside of them. Join in and be inspired at her amazing journey so you too can be empowered to live your best life.
I invite you to remember the greatness of our people, and let's have conversations that inspires us all to take action to "Heal what's hurting our Black Community."
We are powerful, and we rise!
Your Better days lie ahead...
