In the wake of the two black men being killed at the hands of police in a matter of a 24 hour span, this country's emotions are running high and people are quick to react.

Alton Sterling, 37 was killed in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Philando Castile, 35 in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. Castile's fiance Diamond Phillips, live streamed the video of the traffic stop as Philando lay dying and bleeding in the drivers seat of the car.

Mark Dayton, Minnesota's Governor asked the question "would this have happened if the driver was white" the Governor also acknowledged racism still exists. Although his realization is no monumental discovery, Governor Dayton has to deal that his state will be in civil unrest; just like all other states across america dealing with the same fate.

Now many protest are active and people are marching state to state but what is the plan going forward? And why are we doing the same thing(s) expecting different results?
