"Conversations LIVE!" with Cyrus Webb  

Who says that winning is everything? MTV's America's Best Dance Crew's 1st Runner-Up and Hiphop and Books supporters Status Quo has been making moves since their season aired, and is showing no signs of slowing down.

Whether it has been opening up for platinum-selling recording artists Danity Kane, giving back to the community or gracing the stage on MTV and BET, the group has consistantly shown why the country fell in love with them.

"These guys are driven by what they love to do," says Cyrus A. Webb, President of Conversations Book Club and the Founder of the Hiphop and Books Literacy Project (http://www.hiphopandbooks.com). Status Quo joined the organization not long after it was founded in early 2008, and Webb has seen that they are all about supporting causes that affect those other than themselves.
On Sunday, November 2, 2008 Status Quo traveled to Atlanta for a taping of the popular show on MTV MY SWEET 16. They will be attending as special red carpet event for the birthday girl as well as performing. The airing of the show has not been released, however, Hiphop and Books as well as management for Status Quo will be keeping fans updated.
