Georgetown Law Professor Randy Barnett is leading a new effort to call an Amendment V "constitutional convention" but Michael Boldin of the Tenth Amendment Center will explain the inherent dangers of such a proposal. The Tenth Amendment Center The Tenth Amendment Center works to preserve and protect Tenth Amendment freedoms through information and education. The center serves as a forum for the study and exploration of state and individual sovereignty issues, focusing primarily on the decentralization of federal government power. Michael is is a gun-toting, thirty-something technology-inclined city-dweller, who is an avid hiker of the San Gabriel Mountains, and is prone to life in the wilderness. For many years, Michael has been a prolific reader, and spends considerable time daily studying the works of Thomas Paine, Patrick Henry, Murray Rothbard, Ludwig von Mises, and many more. He considers the late Harry Browne to be his greatest political influence.
