0180 2010, Wed, November 17, Conservative Latino Talk Radio is baaaaaack!! America's leading conservative talk show from the Latino perspective is back on the air! Today, my guests are Deedee Blase, founder of Somos Republicans, and Martin Alejandro Ramirez, student and host of "Hispanic Talk." Both are leaders in the conservative Latino movement and both have valuable insight to share with both Republicans and Latinos in America. Martin talks about his formative years and later discusses his reasoning for being a Republican. He described how he received his conservative ideals from his mother, an immigrant from Mexico. Deedee continued to express how she and her organization, Somos Republicans, is working hard at being both a different type of political activist organization by using 21st century technology to communicate, meet and share ideas. Somos also takes advantage of this medium, internet, to communicate and make its policy positions known to the news media and politicos alike. Finally, Martin finishes the show by articulating his feelings about politics, economics and how those are all best represented in the Republican Party but that this “smoke” of the anti-immigration debate has clouded everything Republican.
