0157 2010, Fri, Sept 24, Conservative Latino Talk Radio is hard hitting conservative political commentary. Today, I mention and give a shout out to Hispanic Republicans of Texas who hosted a function last evening here in Houston at the home of Harris County Tax Assessor Collector Leo Vazquez. The honored guests were Dr. Juan Hernández and Ambassador Antonio Garza. I give a shout out to several other persons who were in attendance including Albert Cheng, Jay Guerrero and Tyler Nelson. HRT is involved in recruiting and training Latinos to become Republican candidates and to raise funds for them. I also discuss the news as it, more and more, appears that Arizona State Senator Russell Pearce, sponsor of the unconstitutional and FAIR sponsored SB 1070, is drifting off the deep end. According to Somos Republicans, Pearce described the Justice Department’s lawsuit against SB 1070 as “Jihad” further convincing me that he, Pearce, is slowly descending into madness and I wish him a good trip. Lastly, I read some news from HeadlineBistro.com, the news service of the Knights of Columbus. The Republicans announce the “Pledge to America” as a pledge to cut government spending and taxes and I point out and strongly criticize the Democrats who continue to demonstrate their devotion to socialism by trying to sell the idea that tax cuts “cost the government money.”
