Author Brittany Crawford is here today to tell us about her passion to make a difference in this world through her recently published book, "I Sit in a Wheelchair......But I Will Be Okay”. This is about a five year old girl named Penny Brown who goes to school in a wheelchair, and she sometimes gets angry that her friends can slide on the big slide, yet she cannot. However, her friend Amy helps Penny focus on the things she can do. Brittany tell me that the book is based on her own life experiences with Cerebral Palsy and says “I hope to make people understand through this book that it is okay to play and interact with others who are different than we are” – Find the host at: www.brummet.ca
