Visit our new site: http://BrummetMedia.ca or visit our blogwww.consciousdiscussions.blogspot.com. The World of Writing series began as a tool to share helpful information that will empower you when it comes to the world of writing. We cover a wide array of topics from literacy to bookstores, poetry to resumes and the many careers in the many genres of writing. Sometimes offering interviews and quotes, resources - answers to listeners’ questions, and more.  Today we will be focusing on how to write an effective query and an attention-getting book proposal, with author Jonathan Maxwell. His first book, Murderous Intellectuals: German Elites and the Nazi SS, was released in November 2009. Since its release, it has garnered much critical acclaim. The book explores why so many well-educated professionals joined the Nazi SS, the notorious group that spearheaded the Holocaust. You can hear a little excerpt of this book on Authors Read radio (blogtalkradio.com/authorsread) April 2nd episode.
