Conversation Week 2008: Conscious Living Radio LIVE!

Ok...so it's all set up.  Beginning Monday March 24th and running through Friday March 28 I will be hosting a live call in radio show at 6pm EST to discuss two of the 10 questions each day.  Visit my website for more information and to start talking now at the Conscious Living Forum.  Each show we'll have special guests contributing their thoughts, plus we want to hear from you...so put on your thinking caps and get ready to talk...oh and post and cross post...let's get the word out!

March 24-March 28 Christine Agro hosts a live call-in talk show each day at 6 pm EST to celebrate Conversation Week 2008.  Her co-host is Karen Taggart, director of non-profit services for care2.com.  During each show we will be discussing two of the 10 most important questions facing the world today.  1500 people from around the world voted to decide the 10 questions.  People can see the 10 questions (with thoughts to think about), find a link to the show, and the call-in phone number at www.christineagro.com/consciouslivingshow.html   You'll also find a forum for people to start discussing right way.  During the show listeners can call in with their thoughts.

Fifteen hundred people in 39 countries participated in suggesting and selecting the following ten questions as the most important ones in the world today. These are our concerns expressed not as demands but as the questions we must all consider at every level of life to meet the challenges of our times.  Here's the questions...
    • How can we best prepare our children for the future? (Our Children, Our Future)
    • What does sustainability look like to you? How do we get there? (Making Sustainability Real
    • How do humans need to adapt to survive the changes predicted for this century? (Survival in the 21st Century)
    • How do we shift from "Me" to "We" on both the local and global levels? (From "me" to "we")
    • How can you, as Gandhi said, be the change that you want to see in the world? (Being the change)
    • What kind of economic structures can best support a shift to sustainable living? (A healthy economy)
    • How should we re-invent the political process so that people feel that they have a voice? (Having a political voice)
    • What kind of leadership does the world need now? (Who leads now?)
    • How can we balance our personal needs with the most pressing needs of our community and the larger world? (Personal Balance in Demanding Times)
    • What can we do to reduce or eliminate violence in the world? (Ending violence everywhere)
