A study performed at Yale University in 2008 found that victims of bullying are 2 to 9 times more likely to have suicidal thoughts than other children. These children are driven beyond the ability to cope with systematic abuse and threats, seeing suicide as the only escape from torture. On today's show, Samantha and Terry discuss: - what Extreme Bullying is - what to do if your child is a bully - what to do if your child is being bullied - legal issues and more.

Special Guest: Jeff Lasater www.jeremiah51.com Jeff Lasater knows the pain of extreme bullying first-hand. His 14-year-old son Jeremiah shot himself in a school bathroom on October 20, 2008 after years of bullying. Jeff has since set up a non-profit group called “Jeremiah Project 51” to spread the word about bullying and pressure school boards to take it seriously.
