In 2008, he was named Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a $1.5 billion global corporation headquartered in Los Angeles. He reached this position 17 years faster than the typical CFO of a major company. Clifton has been retained by such organizations as General Electric, Amgen, Fiji Water, Eli Lilly, BP Amoco, Microsoft, First Solar, Southern California Edison, and the City of Commerce, among others.
