Computer America

Hour one: Hayden Planetarium.  We begin this hour with Brian Abbott, the Assistant Director of the Hayden Planetarium at the American Museum of Natural History.  Topic focuses on answering "What is the Digital Universe?" The Digital Universe, developed by the American Museum of Natural History's Hayden Planetarium, incorporates data from dozens of organizations worldwide to create the most complete and accurate 3-D atlas of the Universe from the local solar neighborhood out to the edge of the observable Universe. The technology used today in one of the country's most prestigious Planetatium is so much different than how it was done 30 years ago.  Computers play a most important role in displayiing the Digital Universe to audiences worldwide!

Hour two: Craig and Charles do Computer and Technology News, brought to you by Slimware Utilities, the Official Optimization Software of Computer America, and answer your computer questions!
