Food, Air, Water and Love – As we eat and drink and breathe and love, we always should be conscious of what we put in our body and utilize them as a mean of prevention.

I was given Dandelion to drink, there are 2 kinds of Dandelion, one local in US and one from China.  Now Dandelion could also have some side effects with western medicine.
