  2. So where does self-love happened? In our mind or body? Where do they come from?
    1. Chemical changes
    2. Why would we want to have self-love?
  3. Who would benefit from this
  4. When should we decide to do this: Now, this moment
  5. How do we start?   First we start with Mind exercises and affirmations.  (Meditation often involves an internal effort to self-regulate the mind in some way.)
  6. Why do we need rituals, exercises? We are 99 % physical – need the mind to be involved. Do the exercises, affirmation daily because we are Forgetful,distraction                

  7. Bring the subconscious to conscious level
