  Folks, I'm sorry to say that due to a very busy week at work, I have not been able to prepare the First Annual Catholic Radio 2.0! Christmas Special.  So I'm taking the next couple of weeks off to rest up and prepare for what I hope will be a great 2009.  I'll be back on Jan. 3 at 11 AM ET.

  Catholic Radio 2.0!: A Catholic Deacon In Katie Couric's Court!

  Deacon Greg Kandra is the News Director for NET (New Evangelization Television), the newly re-launched cable channel of the Diocese of Brooklyn, NY. Before that, he spent 26 years as a writer and producer for CBS News, working on "The CBS Evening News with Katie Couric," "60 Minutes II," "48 Hours," and "Sunday Morning." Many also know Deacon Greg as the blogger behind The Deacon's Bench. He joins Commander Craig to talk about the launch of NET and how he balanced his faith and ministry with the demands of the secular media.

  The results of the November elections, which gave the Culture of Death a near stranglehold on power across America, are undoubtedly very discouraging to we who promote the Gospel of Life. Is there anything we can do to block the Left's agenda on issues like abortion, embryonic stem cell research,and same-sex marriage?
