Are you hiding your light under a bushel?

Hi, welcome to the show as I, Joycelin Linton, continue to speak around the original intent of ‘Woe be unto the pastors who scatter and destroy the sheep of my pasture! thus saith the Lord [Jeremiah 23:1]. However in this instance the theme is studying the many ways that the Lord expresses his words through Jeremiah.  As in Chapter 18 the word of the Lord come to Jeremiah that he is to arise and go down to the potter’s house, and there the Lord shall cause him to hear His words [Jere. 18:2].  In obedience to the word of the Lord, Jeremiah watches as the potter forms the clay in his hands.  The Lord then expresses that He is able to bring down His chosen people and rebuild to His statues.  The Lord continues by images, by words and actions to show that He is ultimately in charge.  Effectively the word in due season now calls the moment to invest into our eternal life with the Lord.  Now we shall call for guidance from above to know and to ask for surrender to agreater hand.  In saying this who are the Lord’s messengers of the season and this we shall seek in hour of our salvation at hand.
