She was the leading member of the award winning comedy troupe The First Amendment, performing with the likes of Robin Williams and Bruce Willis. Her skills as a writer and comedy coach have made her one of the most sought after talents in New York. Nancy was a comedy consultant to John Leguizamo's Off-Broadway hit Mambo Mouth and wrote additional material for his HBO Special, The Talent Pool. She was also staff writer and performer for Leguizamo’s H.I.P- FOX comedy show, “House of Buggin." Recent credits include The Colin Quinn Show NBC, Saturday Night Live “All my Children” and as a Court Judge on PBS. Ms. Lombardo has been featured as a writer and performer on radio, network and cable television including, Comedy Tonight, Nickelodeon and the Comedy Channel. She also can be seen weekly on her Public access show The Nancy Lombardo Show channel 56/83 NYC and live worldwide on the internet WWW.MNN.ORG channel 56. She has written for Penthouse and Cracked magazine and created Ms. Quotable, a comic strip for Lady's Circle Magazine.     "Or, Get ready to Restoration Rock and Roll Rumble!

    "Or,” written by Liz Duffy Adams in a poetically playful pentameter, is fantastic feminist fun. Merging the Restoration1660’s with the  with rock and roll rhythm of the1960’s.  “Or,” brings to mind the adage “The more things change, the more they stay the same”. As even today women are still fighting for their place’s in the arts. “Or, is performed in the wonderfully supportive environment of the Women’s Project, if you haven’t checked out the great work they do there you should.  The cast was amazing. Maggie Siff plays budding playwright Aphra Behn,  the seductive gyroscope which the rest of the cast expertly revolve. Her subtle sultry manipulation of the people around her is in fact  a point over the centuries women have always had more power then  they give permission to themselves to acknowledge. From the very moment phenomenal Ms. Hutchenson burst onto the stage its a continual roller coaster ride of what or who will she be next? The same can be said  of the amazing Mr. Andy Paris. Together they play a cornucopia of well defined comedic characters so fast, the mind races just to catch up. By the time you're finished saying , "Hey , how did they do that ?" They've done it again! Brilliantly.  In my opinion this is one wonderfully witty, sexy and seductive play. Kudos to Julie Crosby and the Women's Project for having the tenacity in these hard times to promote women and  their place in theater so fervently. And to Author  Liz Duffy Adams giving them the language to say it in and director Wendy McClellan the puppet master of this perfectly played production. In ending I would like to say, Support the arts, by supporting women in the arts. See this play. "Or," else!

    "Just Laugh" featured at the Friars Club Film Festival 2009

    i recently had the pleasure of seeing “JUST LAUGH”  (A second time) a new documentary Produced by John Galasso  and directed by Anton Evangelista. "JUst Laugh" explores laughter, utilizing medical expertise, celebrity guest and of course humor.  “Just Laugh” takes us on a delightful and fascinating journey that will have you rolling in the aisles, literally.  Check out “Just Laugh” you’ll feel better.  Its Chicken soup for the mind.
