All, I have been saying this for a few months. Believe it or not makes no difference to me. My wife is an agent in Colorado real estate . Last year business sucked. This year since January, as of today, she has closed 6 houses, She has 6 contracts that have all been accepted that are to close by the end of April. She has 17 other Colorado real estate clients that are pre-qualified and actively looking for Colorado homes. Its is a good time to buy with prices down and interest rates down, the government's $8K incentive and people are taking advantage of it.
